The Bible tells us that Jesus came "not to be served, but to serve" (Matthew 20:28). When He lives in and through us by the Holy Spirit, we begin to have the same selfless, giving attitude. He empowers us to humble ourselves, look to the interests of others, and lay down our lives for those in need (see Philippians 2:1-11). We become vessels of His gracious, self-giving love, so that our broken world can be healed and redeemed.
At the Cathedral, we believe firmly in the power of prayer and have an active prayer ministry. Your needs and concerns are important to us and we are committed to pray for any requests you may have. You may submit those requests to us by using the form to the right.
To preserve confidentiality, please indicate whether your request may be shared:
1) with the whole congregation;
2) only with the clergy and prayer team; or
3) only with the clergy.
Alternatively, you may use the form to request a private, personal appointment with a member of the clergy to discuss your prayer needs.
