We are trying to find a violin for a Venezuelan attending the Good Shepherd.
He was a member of one of the Venezuelan orchestras working with poor children who were often from the street. He later became a teacher with the orchestra which lent all the instruments. He has had no instrument himself since leaving Venezuela 3 years ago. Can anyone help?
For additional information, please contact: our Rector, Rev. Mark Ewbank at email@example.com or Jean Samaniego at firstname.lastname@example.org
SUMMARY OF COUNCIL MEETING AGREEMENTS FOR THE CONGREGATIONS
1 - Social Media: In order to promote our Cathedral on the website and Facebook account, we had a presentation by Mr. Mario Benitez and his wife, from EBP Consulting (a digital design company). We have asked them for a quote and suggestions to enhance our website and promote our events (weddings, Christmas bazaar, book sales, etc.)
2 - The Organ: A specialist in the United States has been consulted. Discussions will be held with members of the English-speaking congregation who are involved in the music in our services (Mr. Andrew King, Ms. Sofia Doig, Ms. Rocío Cancho, the new organist). Data and photographs of the organ and our temple (to define the musical environment in m3, and details of the organ) will be sent to the expert to get an idea of what is needed.
The organ is broken down. We are looking for options that might include a replacement. If the latter is the case, we will need donations.
3 - Christmas Bazaar: It has been agreed to buy a payment system with credit and debit cards. This, we hope and expect, will significantly increase our sales.
