1: The congregations are reminded that an Extraordinary Meeting will be held on March 24th, to include any new members and revise the list of current members, in a timely manner, and the Annual General Meeting will be held on May 5th.
2: The Cathedral staff has been given a 7.5% increase to their salaries.
3: The Cathedral staff with school age children have been paid the school grant that has been agreed by the Council for the last three years.
4: It has been coordinated with the construction company in charge of the construction of the building next door to the Rectory, in order to prevent any damages to our foundations, walls, etc.
5: Since there are new office buildings being constructed in the area, measures are being taken with the municipality, in order to safeguard our parking lots and driveway.
6: We are working on charging new rates and guarantee amounts for weddings, in order to better protect our premises and assets.
1: Rev’d Mark Ewbank’s resident visa has been approved. His Resident Card (Carné de Extranjería) is now in progress.

1: Visa application process for the Rev’d Mark Ewbank has been successfully completed.
2: Social Work Committee: In the next few weeks, Ana Núñez and Blanca Pasco, Council members from the Spanish congregation, will prepare a Draft Plan that includes the Cathedral Social Work Ministry’s vision, mission, and development. A summary of the Social Work history is still pending.
3: Revision to the Cathedral Association Articles of Association: Our attorney, Ms. María Cecilia Flores, has prepared a draft amendment to the Articles of Association. The Dean will send it tomorrow by email to the Council Members. The proposed amendments are shown in red. The Council agrees to devote 30 days to read and analyze the New Proposed Articles of Association and share their views on the next Council meeting.
4: Christmas Bazaar: In progress. The Dean will encourage the Spanish congregation to get involved.
5: We are in the red in our budget. The congregation is exhorted to a better stewardship when managing their offerings/ pledges.
